Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has warned Iran against launching attacks on its territory or key energy facilities, signaling that the kingdom could retaliate if such actions continue amid rising tensions in the Middle East.

According to sources familiar with the matter, Saudi officials conveyed a strong message to Tehran through diplomatic channels, stating that while Riyadh prefers a peaceful and diplomatic resolution to the ongoing regional conflict, any continued strikes on Saudi soil or its vital oil infrastructure would trigger a response.

The warning comes at a time when the Middle East is witnessing escalating hostilities following a conflict involving Iran, the United States, and Israel. Several Gulf countries have recently faced missile and drone threats linked to the ongoing confrontation.

Diplomatic warning to Tehran: According to sources, Saudi Arabia communicated directly with Iranian leadership, cautioning against any attacks on the kingdom or its strategic facilities.
